I'm a product owner at Hitachi Data Systems, working on management software for private cloud infrastructure. Outside of work I dabble in iOS development and write on my blog.

Before joining HDS, I've had a number of roles in high-tech, since 1996:

• Program Manager at Microsoft, working on client platform components, UI controls and authentication for Windows 8 Metro Mail, People and Calendar applications, Windows Live Messenger, and Windows Live Mail.
• Lead Developer at UserLand Software, working on Manila Web CMS, Radio UserLand blogging and RSS reading app, SOAP interoperability, and Frontier developer platform.
• Build and test automation at Sonic Solutions, working on DVD authoring and digital audio workstations (DAW).
• QA engineer also at Sonic Solutions, working on sound-for-picture subsystems.
