comment How to easily insert frames at the end of a video?
thanks for that, I can now select my frame. However I still can't follow the instructions you pasted initially, which state that the frame must be copied then pasted at the end of the video. Problem is, I don't see how to copy the frame I selected. Edit > Copy after frame has been selected then Edit > Paste doesn't do anything. Seems like nothing is copied. How can I copy it ?

Thanks, but how do you select a frame (any frame) in Virtual Dub ? To my knowledge it's impossible.

Yeah I tried to replicate the steps of the tutorial, but I obtain a total mess. Maybe someone with more experience could do something, but it would probably be very time consuming and/or with some average result. I may be mistaken though.

Thanks a lot ! Indeed this program is terrific. However I suspect it's easier to work on a song like in the tutorial than in a film or documentary. I'm working on a documentary excerpt and most music blobs are very very hard to distinguish from speech blobs, it's a total mess ! The app is very impressive though.

Wow thanks that's quite an answer ! The SF volume envelope does the job, though it will be time-consuming this way. I have Melodyne too but achieving this task with it is a mystery to me. Could you explain how ? Otherwise I'll create a new question.

@Magrangs : that's the very thing I'm asking here, just formulated in better words :D

Yes, same track. What do you mean by "gradual change", is that a Sound Forge feature ?
