What's the difference between dynamic and condensor microphones? The question ends with "Are there any more subdivisions of microphones within the spectrum of dynamic and condenser mics?" cardioid etc are such sub divisions. |

Why does my Variable Audio Out not send a signal from my Toshiba 26AV500 TV? Yes, in theory. I know it works that way on my Samsung but it might be different on a Toshiba. |

Why does my Variable Audio Out not send a signal from my Toshiba 26AV500 TV? I can only guess that the internal routing of the TV doesn't allow output of digital sources on either analogue or digital outputs. Maybe you can get remote for the PC that gives you a volume control. |

Second Microphone for Stereo Recordings: Identical or Different? I'm afraid I can't advise you about the Rode mics as I've never used either of them. Maybe if you want to experiment it might be worth hiring a mic for a day and seeing how you get on with it, and if it is the effect that you want. |
