Next piece of equipment for audio setup? I think this question is too open ended. There's not one definitive answer to this, so therefore not really suitable for the stackexchange format. Please make your question more specific. |

Lossless convert WMA to WAV on a mac @FriendOfGeorge FYI, I think the Linux command line is quite similar to the Mac command line (for basic stuff at least). |

Connecting a microphone to a camera with a 25 foot cable - is it possible? You could also consider keeping the mic where it is and just record the audio to a separate device close to it (laptop, memo recorder). Later you can sync the audio with the video quite easily in post. |

Avoiding motion blur from a network camera Motion blur also depends on the speed of your subject. Are you trying to film a fast moving car or a tree in the wind? |

Reverse Darkening Face Out A black pixel will remain a black pixel. The information about the face is simply not there. You can change curves/levels/anything, if the information is not recored you can not retrieve it. |

TV resolution/compatibility If you shoot with a DSLR there could be another reason of using 720p. Most DSLR's support 50/60fps at 1280x720, but only 25/30fps at 1920x1080. So if you want to slow down footage and need the higher frame count then you would use 720p. |

Which music sw should I consider for aligning audio waveforms to MIDI piano roll, looping MIDI, managing program change, SysEx? This is a community based site, everybody is allowed to ask for clarification of an answer or question. If I think your answer needs clarification I will ask for it. If you disagree with this principle you could raise a discussion on http://meta.avp.stackexchange.com on this topic. |
