H.264, 1 FPS, 640x480 Resolution - What bit rate should I be using? We are using H.264 cameras. What do you mean by hardware encoder? Will I need an encoder if the cameras encode themselves? Also, 200 to 300 kbps seems extremely high. Are you sure I can't get by on 64 kbps? |
