Recommendable production codecs for Adobe video products targa and png can be used as a video codec in quicktime .movs, that's why I mentioned them. If you're using After effects it's in the format options of the output module dialogue. |

There is static when I export video where there is none in editing (premiere pro) Audio compression usually adds to background noise. What a compressor does is to make the loud stuff quiet and the quiet stuff loud – so if you have someone talking with stretches of silence it will bring up all the background noise during the silence. If you have background noise or hiss on your material you should avoid using it. Listening to the clip it sounds awfully like the hiss is on one of your audio tracks. It starts and stops quite cleanly, as if it has been edited. Could it be that it's coming off the interviewer's mic? Try soloing tracks and cranking your speakers in the edit suite |

Is there a Jahshaka manual? All that jahshaka seems to have done in the last ten years or so is reorganise their website and change their logo. I'd love it to be an active project, but I'd say you'll get more out of investigating using something like blender for post: www.blender.org |

Batch video editing software that can trim without re-encoding h.264 is not an all-I-frame codec. That means that the frames are dependant on other frames. This is a problem when you cut it, because you may be trimming off the frames on which it depends. TL;DR: You'll find that it will have to be at least partially re-encoded no matter what you use. |

Pixelate effect when converting MOV to FLV via FFMPEG no it doesn't. It tells ffmpeg to use the same Quantizer. Common mistake. |

How do I specify baseline H264 profile using FFmbc? that's for ffmpeg, ffmbc hasn't moved to the newer "-vprofile" style syntax yet. |

Is it possible to recreate VirtualDub Deshaker functionality in Adobe Premiere/After Effects? I thought I read that TOP was using CS4. Hmm. |
