Let's say I have SUPERELECTROSONG (Remix) and I have SUPERELECTROSONG (Dub Remix) - which is identical to the REMIX version but doesn't have vocals. The link you provided has instructions to extract the vocals from the original REMIX using the DUB version.
Jun 18	comment	Reasons to NOT use FLStudio as DAW I do understand what his point is supposed to be, the word he is looking for is Sequencer or Tracker and not 'softs for people who plugs some wires etc'. Just a reminder, FL Studio is not modular - so the whole 'plug some wires' is not the best analogy. While FL Studio might be usually used for electronic music it has all features necessary to make it a DAW.

Just a side note, granted that the question is already answered, remember that using FLACs on your DAW might be a rather useless situation. Since the program will decode the FLAC to a uncompressed format, it might save the samples as WAVs or AIFFs. At least I imagine that it would do that, but I'm not completely sure. If it doesn't save as WAVs or AIFFs it means that your processor is decoding the audio in real time, and that is something that should be avoided, since you'd like to save your CPU for other things than decoding audio.
