Delta 44: can you chain a MIDI thru cable to the PCI card? Right, which is why I'm trying to figure out where he's plugging in a MIDI cable. It seems to me that he's got a breakout box for a different card that has MIDI I/O, and when he hooks this box up to his Delta 44, channels 1/2 happen to be connected correctly, but 3/4 are wired differently, and his MIDI cable is hooked up to one of the balanced input pins or something. Just a guess. |

Delta 44: can you chain a MIDI thru cable to the PCI card? Sounds like he's got the wrong breakout box... |

Is it possible to loop MP3 without gaps? Just to be clear, this is possible, but not in a very native sense. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gapless_playback |

How can I pop out a pushed in woofer dome? @Michael, it's just a dust cap. You can pop it back out without much fear. |

Simple free program to add audio to video? Are you just trying to join an audio track to video? If so, FFMPEG will work well for you. If you don't already know what editing you need to do, you'll need a more robust video editing solution. |

Can I map coarse and fine tempo control to a single MIDI controller in Ableton Live? Yeah, I've found that it just depends on the range for what you set the controller to. The smaller the range, the more fine control. |

Mapping Mod and Pitch bend controls to a knob in Ableton? Modulation is CC 1. Pitch bender has its own message with a 14-bit value. |

Mapping Mod and Pitch bend controls to a knob in Ableton? You would simply click whatever parameter on the synth that you want to control. Default mapping won't work for you here, unless you go and edit the template file for your keyboard. |

Appropriate Subwoofer Coverage I suspect you're going to find your SRM450s quite under-powered for the genre and crowd as well. I use a pair of 400W bi-amped powered speakers with a pair of powered 1000W 18" subs, and couldn't imagine using this rig for a crowd of more than 150 or so in a similarly sized space. Of course, sub-wise, that would be fine for rock. |

Mapping Mod and Pitch bend controls to a knob in Ableton? If you are talking about the envelopes in the editor, then I don't believe those can be changed with a control. You would want to change the actual control they map to. You are trying to change a controller with a controller, when really you want to be changing what you actually want to control. If that is not the case, take a screenshot of what you are trying to control. |
