How can I combine various audio inputs into 1 optical ouput to feed into my surround sound? +1 for keeping it simple. Latency is annoying, whether you're gaming or watching TV. |

Hardware/software to project video wirelessly? @Warrior Bob: Sounds like it has production qualities to me. I know I'm tired of running video cables to projectors whenever I'm doing a show that involves projection. |

How can I clean up my laptop's sound card input? Ha, yes I am quite frugal. ;) Hey, unplugging it is a good idea! Makes me wish the battery in this machine wasn't shot. (If I unplug it, it dies. The battery's that dead.) |

Can I use a Shure UT2-TC transmitter with a ULXP4 receiver? It's not my transmitter. The theatre company I'm working with owns the equipment. But you can always try asking them... ;-) |

Can I use a Shure UT2-TC transmitter with a ULXP4 receiver? I really appreciate the time you took to track down the information and compose your answer. Obviously the problem I had was focusing on the transmitter, which returned no information when I searched for it at Shure.com. It's disappointing that I can't use the two systems together, but not surprising. |

Any reason not to convert WAV to FLAC and save some disk space? You make a good point. Disk space is cheap compared to time; however I have a small drive and no way of expanding my storage capacity, so compression is worthwhile in my situation. |
