You can move-it by drag and drop sequencer clips between tracks. Use "Song Position Pointer tool" to set start point of clips that you wanna move in the beginning of clip.

Alternative 1: Scripting Software:
It seems that Ableton Live hasn't such functionality (batch midi exporting). But you could try to use some scripting software like AutoIt, AutoHotkey or WinAutomation. Give it a try. (Considering it's possible to export midi for individual tracks).

Use the Environment. Drop in a Fader that listens to incoming MIDI CCs and transforms them into Fader messages. Then figure out which settings will get you to your virtual instrument. You may also need a transformer to filter MIDI CC7 from hitting your sequencer input.
