Meanwhile, I found a solution. Not sure if there is a hidden function under Windows to do the calibration, but some programs like Skype can be used to configure the camera settings. Whatever settings are applied in Skype->Options->Video Settings, they are global for the overall system.

For $300, you aren't going to get good quality audio and good quality video in the same device and for $300 total, you probably aren't going to get them in two separate devices, but it may produce better results than a single device.
