Lightworks problems importing, editing, and exporting using Canon EOS Rebel T3i

I'm using Lightworks 11 for Windows and I can't import the .mov files from my Canon EOS Rebel T3i. Lightworks identifies the .mov files as "Apple / H264" but the show up in a red color. Other .mp4 ...
