I am looking to add a music backing to a video that I have recorded. When the person is speaking I would like the music track to be lower. When the person is not speaking, I would like the music track to be higher. Between these two states, I would like the there to be a ramp up and ramp down in volume.

Is there a term for this in general? Is there an easy or automatic way to do it in Adobe Premier CS 5.5?
