I just exported a swf file from after effects cs5 comp_1.swf. It created automatically two other files: comp1r.htm and AC_RunActiveContent.js.

  • Whenever I click over the comp_1.swf icon the flash payer window opens up but closes immediately.
  • Whenever I try to open the comp1r.htm in IE8 tells me:

    An addon for this website has failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet options for potential conflicts

I'm using Windows 7 and have installed the whole Adobe package. I can usually run flash website and animations.

Where is the problem?

This site concerns video production, and the asker is trying to playback the produced video. If the solution involves changing the production process, then it belongs here. – Mulvya Mar 5 '12 at 9:33
