I tried plugging my iPad into the AUX port of my car while I was charging it from the cigar lighter port and there was a continuous buzzing sound in the background of the music I was playing. Is there a way to stop this?

I remember being able to get a box to eliminate this sound when I was using a laptop to DJ through a mixer that were both plugged into the same circuit, can I get something that will eliminate the noise from the iPad?
